GENERAL INFORMATION
Recognizing the needs of the Rexburg Community, Dr. Daniels pivoted from an urgent care doctor to focus on family medicine in 2019. This re-positioning allows him to do what he’s best at and what he absolutely loves to do – see families grow healthily and happily. His practice shares locations with the Idaho Community Care urgent care clinic, allowing his patients to receive both scheduled preventive care and convenient walk-in appointments as needed

NURSING STAFF
Each team member has been carefully selected because of their knowledge base and emphatic manners. Dr. Daniels and his staff work closely together as a unified team to deliver the highest quality and continuity of care.
EMERGENCY SERVICES
Medical needs tend not to follow our preferred schedule. Our partnership with Idaho Community Care allows us to offer extended hours and we’ll coordinate your urgent care visit with your regularly scheduled appointments.
BILLING CERTAINTY
We’re honest with our patients during and after procedures about the cost of our services. We bill with integrity and make sure we never overcharge or mischarge patients. Our billing is also done locally, meaning we can take care of concerns openly and quickly.
